Six students from the Presidential School in Tashkent, currently studying at the HiGA school, showcased our country’s culture and national values by promoting traditional Uzbek cuisine.
As part of a social program, the students prepared *osh*—one of the most beloved national dishes of the Uzbek people—for their Japanese friends. During the preparation, they shared insights into the cooking methods, unique characteristics, and culinary traditions associated with this dish.
This initiative provided our students with the opportunity to showcase our national culture on an international stage, while also strengthening cross-cultural friendship and mutual understanding.
